W're I have To Connect To Read Dump File
I Have Beeprog & Upa Usb 1.0 Programer & Tms370 .

Could You Tell Me How To Read dump File Without Remove Ic From Bord

if secured it's not possible,
Dont try to read because it will erase the eprom data,

Mask-D33J = MC68HC05B8

pin9 to GNG
pin10 to VCC 5V
pin11 --> R2.2K --> to VCC 5V
pin18 = reset
pin19 --> R4.7K --> to VCC (12V)
pin22 --> R2.2K --> to VCC 5V
pin50 = TXD
pin52 = RXD

and test the pins 10.11.22 = 5V /pins 18.50.52 = 4.5-5V / pin19 9V or 9.5V
if the test pins not good remove pin or cut trak from bord
