not output signal coil cylinder 1-4 the mosfet is 14cl40
what is equivalent for this mosfet

You can find similar on siemens Sirius 3x series; which is used at renault vehicles.

You need one igbt 14A 600V or 20A 600V with diode inside. BTS2140 or similar one.
