bsi 307 hot replace with used

Hi,my friend i'm new in this forum,i'm glad to talk with you,i want replace bad bsi in peugeot 307 2002,i have found used bsi and writed 912dg128a,with virgin file,but when i start pps insert vin,pin code,and it tell me:bsi can't start program,please help,me.thanks.
