salut comment tu peux mesurer ou quantifier une satisfaction client? les grandes boites utilisent des audits questionnaires mais pas toujours fiable la vieille recette sourire service rendu si ton client repart avcec le sourire et surtout s il revient client fidele et satisfait bonne journée
