Ran the MAF plausibility test and it completed and said not OK. Fault is then on the system as below:

Welllll. Changed the MAF and it went worse! ******ly had some help from my son this time and because he could rev whilst I'm in the engine bay I heard a sound like wheezing. Upon further investigation
I found a leak of air from the turbo outlet towards the intercooler. Sure enough there was a split in the 120mm long reinforced hose. This is definitely causing issues and hopefully when I replace the £16 hose (or £62 from Audi) all will be well....holds his breath. :rolleyes: Tell you how it goes on Saturday. Thought it may have been the intercooler but this would give the same symptoms, implausible signal and air leak. I just wish I knew what air leak was before trying to find a vac hose or breather pipe failure or induction to the turbo hose fail. surely this should have given a boost problem post turbo!
Je n'ai pas bien compris de quel tuyau il parle.
Je vais tout de même inspecter les tuyaux.... Pas facile de détecter une fuite avec le bruit du moteur !
Je vais également lancer un test du turbo...
