Open the hood of the car and remove the cover on the left side of the windshield.
The engine controller is located there.
Disconnect the cable harness and check the connector to see if power is reaching the controller when the ignition is on. I suspect you have msv70. If not, look for another diagram on the Internet.
If the voltage is there, but too low, I would look for a ground problem.
it is probably a brown cable near the positive terminal under the engine hood, it may even enter it from the bottom.
