That's very very interesting.
So if you read french, I said that on my first try to read, I misplaced the connection for the boot.
It's supposed to be connected on the 6th pin left side of the chip in your image, and at first, I connected it on 6th pin bottom side of the chip on your image
Near the C9570 filter capacitor described in the annotation.
So I could very possibly have burnt something with my misconnexion ..

check this resistor under microscope if not burnt off
