un UPA USB sert a la lecteure ecriture des eeproms , pics sur BSI , CALCULO , AIRBAG, COMPTEUR .....
il sert a faire des immos off par exemple , ou encore des corrections de tacho

c'est un lecteur universel qui regroupe un bon nombre d'eeprom
