telecode not working he disable the activation

so before you use DiagBox V7.60 and up
back up your APPDIAG.SYS (i use winrar to backup)
you can find APPDIAG.SYS in C:\AWRoot\bin\fi


I've found some little problems.
Changing the language does not work.
and a strange error in delivering new cars.

all is not really a problem (i think)
