@inventeur67, Your problem is not difficult, if your device is not faulty, you should be able to fix it...

But, you still did not answer all the questions I asked you... Are you using VirtualBox or VMware or installation directly on the computer?

I cannot guess what is the problem if you do not help me.. try this!
