@maitresox,
I have run the Patch file, but I dont have login to PSA to test the effect of patching and my system is still working fine. So, I dont know what the patch does....

I know that this "PatchCimwin32.bat" makes changes to the Common Information Model (CIM) which is usually used to describe representation of real-world managed objects through the the CIM Object Manager. The Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) classes that handle the interaction between management applications and providers are declared in the Managed Object Format (MOF) CimWin32.mof.

You can see from the snapshot that an error occured when writing to the MOF file, I noticed that the files size and dates have not changed..

Now, I have changed the language to "German" and performed update from DiagBox v7.76 to v7.77 to see what effect does the patching have and would the update reset the language.

You can see that the update was successful and the language stayed German...

To solve the language problem through your updates, You can write a small routine to request input from the user indicating his language of choice and affect the changes into the files.

Cheers, Simple.
