It seems you have a internal problem in ecu memories (mcu, flash or eeprom)
What was car condition when the car got trouble?
Engine runing or not? driving? at first engine start?
Maybe just a checksum problem...can you try to read, check the file...try to fix checksum and write ot back just to try if it fix your problem...
