can you give more information about your installation, maitresox reported that update 8.38 fail to upgrade DiagBox systems installed on Windows XP!!
However, Some errors will result in deleting the contents of the "C:\AWRoot\bin\fi\cache" folder, if that has happened, DiagBox will fail to start. Ensure you have at least the 13 files starting with "fr.actia.AWF.xxxx.dll".
If that has happened to you, then download the "Cache Contents Restorer" (a link is available in the attachment within the DiagBox 8.01 Installation (updated) post).
Users already reported successful upgrade to v8.38, but they complain that DiagBox version number does not change. Please notice that this is an upgrade to Lexia and PP2000 and not DiagBox. Hence DiagBox version will NOT be changed as a result of this upgrade.
