Hello,

I think your problem is due to the fact that you have not edited the version statement from 8.xx to 7.xx in the file VERSION.INI. You probably have version=8.17.

Navigate to "C:\AWRoot\bin\fi\" and edit the file "version.ini" such that it reads:
--------------------------

[APPLICATION]
Version=07.817

--------------------------

Save and exit and try again..

I like the last 3 digits to indicate which DiagBox I am really running. For example, if I am running DiagBox v8.38, then my version.ini will have the lines:

[APPLICATION]
Version=07.838

This allows Lexia and PP2000 to run flawlessly and reflects the proper software version.
