if you still have AWRoot7 folder, you can try running "AWRoot_v7_Conf+Ativation_v8.exe" from here:

Usually there is no problem with Lexia and PP2000 because they get the authentication from DiagBox, but you are saying that DiagBox is fine, otherwise I would have suggested that you restore APPDIAG.SYS.

If nothing works, I would suggest that reinstall from the beginning. If you still have AWRoot7, then you can delete APP and AWRoot and APP folders and start DiagBox installation. If not, then you need to start from 7.01.
