I tried Google Translate but I am not sure if I understand it properly.

However, if you have a problem with the VCI NOT being recognized after flashing the firmware, it could be due to error during the flashing process. This can be due to:
1- Corrupt Firmware file. (bad file from source or during extraction (unZIP) or download)
2- Corruption in flashing process. (Low or fluctuating voltage or Anti Virus)
3- Problem with the Chip or the device hardware. (Loose connector/cable or bad component affected by cold or heat)

To see if this can be fixed do the following:

1- Download the Firmware again from a different source, like here:

use a Torrent downloader and download only the Firmware. Or from other source.

2- Use a different computer to flash the firmware, and ensure that the computer is connected to the mains (Electricity not Battery). It is possible that the computer USB voltage was at or below the threshold needed for the flashing process.
After flashing is successful, keep the VCI connected to USB for at least 10 seconds before disconnecting the device.

3- If it is bad connection or a faulty chip, then ensure that cables are plugged in properly and do not move them during the flashing process. chip replacement would be necessary, and could be more difficult to fix. I hope this is not the case.

Good luck.
