Salut, encore une mise a jour pour RET avec quelques petits ajouts

MEGANE II / SCENIC II / CLIO III WITH CARD added UCH/ECM/ESCL learning

Une option qui n a rien de revolutionnaire mais qui personnelement me manquait. Plus besoin de Renolink ou clip.

MEGANE I Ph2 added PINCODE calculation from decrypted Texas 4D transponder key

Sympa de voir que ca bosse plutot pas mal cote dev en ce moment
