I know 4 reasons for the error "0"
1. Your Diagbox software has a bug - very rare
Install Java 7.67 or later - through 7.79
Install Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 or C ++ 2010
Install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Install WinRAR or ZIP
Install a virtual drive, e.g. Virtual Clone
Always start the diagnostics from the Documents folder or from the DVD drive.
2. Network cards faulty - 90%
Error = 0> MAC address network card not found. The network card must be enabled to identify the computer.
Check if the drivers of your WLAN card are correctly installed on your PC laptop.
Verify that the driver is properly installed on your LAN card.
Turn on Wi-Fi, turn on the LAN card, and connect to the Internet.
No internet connection is required to install Diagbox.
If you still have "ERROR 0", then reinstall and wi-fi card and lan card always turn on.
3. Old data including registration not deleted - occasionally
use DiagBox Cleaner and clean up files from previous failed installations of DiagBox and
run CCleaner to clean up the registry.
Go to: Start Windows / Run and type "regedit" and check if there are some registry files named "Diagbox" or "actia" in the Hkey_local Machine and Hkey Current Users folders, and then manually delete them ,
4. Hard drive needs to be changed - sometimes
Make sure your hard disk controller is set to IDE or Legacy.
Only works if hdd is set to "ide" if "scsi" was issued as an error. Then add a new IDE hard disk (select the same SCSI file) and delete the SCSI disk in the configuration.
