Salut,

- Désinstalle le complètement
- Redémarre l'ordi
- Passe un coup de CCleaner pour supprimer les clés de registre inutiles, et nettoyage des fichiers inutiles
- Réinstalle le logiciel comme indiqué dans la procédure.
