Bonjour jpeto.
J'ai eu le même problème que toi avec mon ktag 7.020.
Résolu en réinstallant la version fournie par le vendeur.
Il est vendu comme utilisable sans déconnecter internet.

Q:external exception EEFFACE?
A1:Dont run the software from CD directly, please first paste the software to computer C:\ then run it.
A2:Please use our device and software only. if you use other software with this device or use other device with our software, it may cause this problem.Please uninstall and delete software.Paste the software to computer C:\ then run it.
