Jette un coup d'oeil sur :
C: \ ProgramData \ Autocom

supprime tout ,
un coup de ccleaner

et réactive ton autocom

Toujours lancer le programme en mode administrateur

Si ca va pas, installe teamviewer et donne là main à quelqu'un
