Hi!
On the clio 2, there is a known problem that the fuse cover in the engine compartment leaks water, because it was not put back in place as it should be, or it cracked due to poor installation. The contacts of the fuses and connections would then oxidize and strange faults would begin to appear.
Try to check the fuse cover, whether there are any marks on it where water enters, whether it is installed correctly, whether the seal is correct...
