P206 1.4HDI, EDC16C3 - immo off and correct CRC

Hi friends, i would like to ask you. I have Peugeot 206, 1.4 HDI, EDC16C3 and i need immo off. When i do immo off at eeprom 95160, car started, but on limp mode (not over 3000rpm), i think, that problem is CRC at eeprom.

Can you help me please? I can't recalculate the CRC to make it correct.
