BDM100 problem

I had buy the CHINA BDM100 .BUT I had a problem when I connect the BOSH BMSK ECU .my computer system is WIN7 32b. please look the photo. please used the ENGLISH reply me.
problem 1:

problem 2:
the BDM100 drivers is Yellow ,can't install the drivers
