Of corse it will not work just virgin "as it is".

It must be reprogrammed with Clip.

I mean, you need to program APV to UCH, then program all your cards (linked with that APV) then VIN and finally the configuration of the UCH.

Also you need to configure CAN network into the "new programmed" UCH.

Then the car will start.
