notre confrère a un voyant qui clignote et la voiture ne démarre pas, c'est une Citroën C1 essence de 2006 et demande de l'aide et si j'ai bien compris, la valise lui mentionne qu'il y a absence de communication avec le calculateur moteur.

Hi, you will be not surprised that you have troubles with the can bus network. start from the beginning, check the fuses, condition of wires, voltage level on the ECU plug.
Also, i would check the ECU on the table if everything looks good with the wires and voltages.
Keep in mind that the car will never start until you fix this communication problem.
