bmw 330d immo off

Hello I am new here. Sorry for my english because I am from spain. I want to immo off these ecu bosch 0281 010 314 of a bmw 330d. But i am not sure what is the eprom who i have to read. I know that is a chip of 8 pins but there are five or six. And what programmer can I use? I have willem eprom and top2048. and if I cant read with these what is a good programmer can I buy?
