problems with the bsi of citroen C3

Hi friends

I have a citroen C3 of 2004, and I have got a problem with the BSI. The car flashers don't work. I've got anouther BSI, but now the car doesn't work, because of the immo.
Can I read the information of the original BSI and codify the new one? which is the eeproom or mcu that I have to read?
