Hello Simple

I have installed diag box 8.17 which works perfectly.

I left the installation 7.01 ...... 7.62

Followed the procedure without any problem to install diagbox 8.01 .... 8.17

I use it every day on vehicles after 2013 is perfect.

When I switch to version 7 by renaming app7 to app diagbox 7 also works as well as pp2000.

Regarding lexia I do not know because the oldest citroen that I repair is after 2010 so I is not the opportunity to testate lexia.

I am on win7 32 disk ssd processor i5 4 gb ram, i also have another pc win7 32 i3 ssd and 4gb ram with diagbox 7.62 on which pp2000 works wonderfully. The iso to use is the same are the same On the 2pc

I do not use it everyday because I can of old vehicles except some 307 ph1.

That's why built-in pp2000 to 8.17 interests me a lot.

Something must escape me but I do not understand :)

You are welcome and don't worry about the English, it is good..
If you had 8.17 already and it was working with PP2000, then what you needed is the APP v8.35 folder, this is for people who want to leave their DiagBox 7.82/3 and update PP2000 and Lexia.. You need this:

But you can also try renaming your APP folder to APP8 and copying the APP 35 again as per the procedure in the first post. Just make sure that you run the "Kill_DiagBox_Tasks.bat" as Administrator twice to ensure all processes are stopped.

Lexia and PP2000 will only run on 32 bit based systems, they rely on DiagBox but they need the version to be 7.

I am not sure if you need to reinstall, but I hope you don't.

App and app8 install

Stop application 2 faith

Installing app update 8.17 8.37

I switch off and on again

Replace my app sys

And when I run diagbox

Message error update internet not taken aen account please contact the hotline.

And for that diagbox to work again I need to restart maj update 8.14 / 8.17 and the diagbox works again, but pp2OOO no

Are you running DiagBox as Administrator?
You cannot rename APP to APP8 and install updates, because there is no APP folder to be updated. This renaming is to enable you to replace your APP folder with the one that have all updates up to 8.35..

So install APP 835 and see if it works before up****** to v838

Installing APP-835 (the files are in the attachment of the first post of this thread) like this:

1- Use the attached “Kill_DiagBox_Tasks.bat” to stop all DiagBox’s processes.
2- Rename your current “C:\APP” folder to “C:\APP8”
3- Extract the downloaded APP-835.7z to “C:\” so that you have “C:\APP”
4- Restart your computer and run DiagBox as usual.

If all goes well, then you can update to 8.38 using the attachment in this post:

bonjour a tous , la mise a jour 8.36 , peut vous bloquez votre diagbox , passer directement 8.37,sinon je peux fournir correctif, pour la 8.36.

I forgot to say that before you start DiagBox, navigate to "C:\AWRoot\dtwr\updt\" and delete all contents of the updt folder. Otherwise, it will attempt to update the failed updates that you tried earlier.

When you run Kill_DiagBox_Tasks.bat run it as Administrator, also run DiagBox as Administrator and make sure that your network is disconnected.

P.S. Try PP2000 and Lexia after installing APP-835 (you don't need to connect to a car, try manually a111111111111111 as VIN and 11111 as RPO).

Do NOT use 8.36, it was pulled back by PSA and 8.37 + 8.38 were replacement and updates.

Hello Simple;

I have a new app 2 times and launcht update 835

Off and on again pc

And always the same error message.
So I restopper the application and delivered maj 814/817
For diagbox to work.

I restop 2 faith the application and made a copy of the complete files lexia and outilrep situate in app 7 and copy in app and in app8 and restart the update.

And always the same problem "error the gold of the update, contact the hotline"

So i quit 2 faith application and reboot maj 814 817

And diagbox v8.17 works but pp2000 still does not work.

if you still have AWRoot7 folder, you can try running "AWRoot_v7_Conf+Ativation_v8.exe" from here:

Usually there is no problem with Lexia and PP2000 because they get the authentication from DiagBox, but you are saying that DiagBox is fine, otherwise I would have suggested that you restore APPDIAG.SYS.

If nothing works, I would suggest that reinstall from the beginning. If you still have AWRoot7, then you can delete APP and AWRoot and APP folders and start DiagBox installation. If not, then you need to start from 7.01.

"AWRoot_v7_Conf + Ativation_v8.exe",
Replace the sys app, restart the update and

First restore "APPDIAG.SYS" and make sure that your (AWRoot\bin\fi\cache\ folder has files) and start DiagBox, if it works, then that's it..

If the above does not work,

2- Run "Kill_DiagBox_Tasks.bat" as Administrator, then run "AWRoot_v7_Conf + Ativation_v8.exe". restart the computer and run DiagBox.

If the above does not work,

3- Run "Kill_DiagBox_Tasks.bat" as Administrator, Remove all APP folders and remove AWRoot folder (DO NOT remove AWRoot7 folder) and start installing DiagBox 8 (without installing 7.01 and 757)

Simple greeting

I deleted app app7 app 8 and awroot.

I reboot iso db8 and re install 8.01

Diagbox 8.01 works.

I restop the application and rename app in app8 and copy app file from app-835

Diagbox 8.01 always works ok, but pp2000 and lexia still does not work.
