A priori, une solution serait de modifier le Xentry Diagnostics OpenShell.msi en supprimant le fichier qui bloque.
Pour modifier le msi, on peut utiliser le logiciel Orca et procéder ainsi pour supprimer le composant qui bloquait l'installation : https://www.tlemcen-electronic.com/f...1&d=1608760729 Je vais voir ce que ca donne |
I installed version 09.2020 on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit computer. Works just fine.
As already mentioned, the MSI file must be exchanged. I was able to eliminate my error messages by starting the installation in English instead of in German. Unfortunately, I am not yet authorized to see the pictures attached above. So I can't see the error message either |

Hello, That's what I did, i used the XENTRY OpenShell 9.2020 (20.9.4) Windows 7 Fix installation in English but at the end, it rolls back the installation so I think my win7 64 have to be reinstalled |
