START-STOP OFF/ON with elm327 BT on pic18f25k80, i.e. the popular blue 2-plate dongle

1. Laptop version, you connect the elm327 BT to the car in the BT devices of the laptop, add the device, most often it is OBDII, you pair it with 1234 or 0000, once paired, go to Stellantis StartStop Manager 2026, preferably from Chrome, connect it using the Connect Bluetooth button, select OBDII from the list and press OFF to disable STARTSTOP. :)

Works with UDS ecus, i.e. virtually all after 2016 dcm6.2/dcm7.1/vd46/vd56/edc17c60/md1cs003/mg1cs042 etc.
