Peugeot 508 hybrid4 2013 overheating power unit
 

I changed bearing on reversible alternator and while doing that a lot of air seems to be stuck somewhere in rear cooling circuit. After 15-20min of driving I get error P0A35 - overheating power unit. I tried bleeding system via all bleed screws I could find - one on electric motor (rear axle) and one in battery compartment (trunk).
Are there any other bleeding vents in rear area? I think this car is very similar to RXH and DS5 hybrid4, regarding drivetrain and cooling.

Where can I find details about the procedure? If it is even possible without the dealer?

I tried to go to the dealer last week but due to pandemic they put me on hold, and I kinda need the car... I guess I'll just have to wait than.

belt seems ok, no errors except overheating. I can literally hear water boiling under the rear end of car.

do you maybe know usual working temperatures for alternator, rear electric motor and ac/dc converter?

Je viens de connecter ma nouvelle pédale et toujours le même problème.

Toujours avec l'impossibilité d'effacer le code erreur P1645.

J'ai aussi désactivè le limiteur de vitesse.

Rien y fait.

Je pense sérieusement pour le calculateur qui a un défaut.

to give feedback, dealer took my car finaly. They spend two working days purging traction cooling circuit. Now car runs fine, no more overheating.

so for anyone doing alternator change be very careful not to let air in, purging this circuit is not easy job.
