Pinout ATmega128 (TQFP 64)

(SCK) PB1 pin11
(MOSI) PB2 pin12
(MISO) PB3 pin13
(RESET) pin20
(GND) pin22\53\63

remove the vcc wire from pcb power on (12v) and try this one
