Check the faults of the gateway, if you can post a full scan this will help.

For me it looks like faulty ECU.

Your ECU is Bosch and the Vag number ends with 032?

If you can communicate with the ECU then there is an immo problem

In this case, open the ecu, you will find eeprom 95040, read it and post it here.

If you can't communicate with the ecu, then check the gateway or the Dash Panel Insert.
