Kangoo 1.5dci Egr
 

Hi i wonder if anyone has had the same problem with an egr fault i have error codes
DF027 - EGR solenoid valve circuit, at minimum limit
- Permanent
DF084 - EGR valve position sensor circuit, above maximum limit
- Permanent
I have changed the egr for a working one and still the same codes The problem is the van has no power 25mph up hill and 40mph down hill there is no eml on the dash .I have plugged it into Autocom and when i activated the egr when it is removed the solenoid operates up and down so it shouldn't be wiring or egr can it be a air leak or something else or am i better buying a blanking plate for egr

Hi, having replaced egr it is necessary to make an adaptive deletion egr. you made it?

Hi why would i have to make an adaptive deletion of the egr if it was replaced i thought that was only if i blanked it off
What code reader or software would i need if i was to have the egr deleted
can you tell me what is the definition of the codes present (ie) egr not opening,closing or wiring fault
I did change the egr on this van before over a year ago with a used one and never had any fault codes
