Hello

I have Megane II with problems.Battery is dead so we change new one,but car want s start,when i put keycard and press brake+start nothing happens,but wheel is unlock always,so i think that is problem in steering lock,what you think and does anybody have any advice for this problem ?
I read steering lock eeprom(24c04) and can anybody check is everything ok with file ?
And also i can t lock and unlock the car by keycard? i test keycard with my tester and it s work fine there is frequency and also i read code for start engine also it s ok,both cards are ok.

So please help me with advice what to do,what to check and so on ....

Megane 2 de quelle année et quelle motorisation ?

Avez vous fait une lecture de code défaut sur tous les calculateurs et si oui y a t'il des défaut et encore si oui lesquels ?

En lecture de paramètre la carte est elle reconnu ? Le code antidémarrage est il bon ?

Mince pas vu en anglais ^^

Fault code ?
led for immobiliser light ?

Hello
Year of the car is 2004. and engine is 1.5Dci Ecu is Delphi.
I enter with diagnostic in Steering lock and there are two errors :

One is ECU
Second ECU memory

And i change today another one steering lock and still the same erros in the steering lock,why? :S

Lamp of immobiliser code is always ON non stop.

Tommorow i will get original diagnostic CLIP for renault then i can put every errors with codes.

Any advice?

Only new if it's a old they don't work or if you change chip inside with chip in old module .

Yes i know for that of course that i change eeprom a put original but still the same .... :(

hi friend. if the lamp of the immobilizer is flashing . the key is not recognized
if the lamp switches off after some seconds so the key is recognized
If the lamp remained lit, it means the ecu is damaged
so check ecu grounds and +++ or change it

Vérifier en premier lieu l'alimentation d'+ permanent, dans le cas où il est présent, essaye de dumper l'eprom avec des FFFFFFF sinon contrôle les deux fusibles sur l'upc (5A et 15A).
