Clio IAW 5NR2.ci2

Hi to all,
I have an ecu (5nr2.ci2) ,ecu is damaged, I want to make a Clone ecu from original.. can I just desolder 95160 (from original) and solder to donor ecu ? or it is not enough?

second option : donor ecu virgin making

please tell me how can I do it ?

I've 2 pieces 5nr2.ci2 , I have read today both ecus ( 95160). dump of original ecu is OK no problem, but the dump file of donor ECU is very strange, file size are same ( 2 KB ) but dump op donor is full with " 0 "
would anyone want to check it please ? I doubt now donor ecu is also damaged .

Thank you , I swapped eproms ( 95160) original eprom soldered to second donor ecu , no problem with car key and immo, but car dont have now ignition ! I thought swap was enough..
this ecu 5nr2.c2 is only used in clio or in others cars too ? I doubt now whether this ecu of is another car or other engine model .
someone has idea about reason ?

need I to remove L4 pin and bridge inside ecu L4 and M4 ? or is this virgin file
after first start learn ECU immo code ?
