Thank You MrRorry and thank You Amine. Everything works good on my Acer Aspire 5749Z with Pentium B990 and 3GB RAM. Tested it already on Citroen C5 2013, Berlingo 2000 and my cousin tested it as well on some car from 2019 (sorry do not know which). Works great with chinese VCI clone. Had some troubles with annoying Windows Defender notification for "turning it on" at startups, but sorted it out by removing "-hide" attribute for the WinDefender service in registry in startup list for msconfig, and then unchecking it on that list. Installed on Win7 x86 Ultimate (latest) + VC# and dotNet AIO package from forum link + DefenderControl app + manual install of VCI drivers.
