Hi, I have an easydiag3 bought from my country with 1 year free update. I get it for about 2 mounts, today I get a message that serial number of smartbox is different from serial number of software and all cars are deactivate. I try to reinstal the software and now I have only demo and eobd softwares and no update available. My interface is 97699. There is something I can do?
