salut le prob est le prix ! sans le PC ou etait installé delphi !!et licence terminé !!

Et bien non.
Tu prends un pc portable, tu insères le dongle de sécurité et tu installes la v 2019.03. La licence terminée n empêche pas de l utilisé |
