help me to read and write 93c66 eeprom
hi every one
hi its the first time i am trying to do this a friend of mine did reolace his dashboard and he got this reading 211928 miles which is 341065 kw instead of 137000 km i am trying to change the mileage but my problem is how to take (read the dump) i am used to do this with computers but not cars with computers you dont have to unsolder the eeprom and the eeprom is connected to the vcc when you switch the laptop in cars the eeprom is not conected to the vcc so i guess i have t unsoldre it and read it what i am using is driven-i2cprog what i wante to know is if i can use my driven-i2cprog with ponyprogram with out unsoldring the eeprom if yes please tell me how many thanks mourad |

93c66 reading

the car is peugeot 406 / 110 hdi year 2001 it has a vdo dashboard and siemens bsi serial n: s110946bn0 i think the eeprom type is the 93c66 i hope this will help if you need any more information please let me know regards mourad |
