C:\Program Files\DiagBox\DiagBox_Uninstall.exe
After you uninstall completely use DBCleaner v101a or the other uninstaller and cleaner..

Then reinstall:
1- 7.01 /02
2- 7.xx - 7.57
3- follow up bu either scarymistake or maitresox..

Please notice that you can upgrade only with scarymistake, but you can upgrade and downgrade with maitresox...

If you have 32 bit CPU (Micro Processor) Computer, then you can only run 32 bit Windows...

If you want to run DiagBox up to v7.76 on Windows 10, you need to consider are 4 points:
1- You are probably running Windows 10 on partition type as GPT, you may need to change to MBR, so that you can use IDE (Legacy) hard disk controller, else you will get the dreaded error 0.. Changing from (AHCI) to IDE may impose speed penalty; depending on your hardware..
2- You need to install .NET 3.5 if you want to install DiagBox v7.66 or above. I also had Firefox installed.
3- You (may) need to plug-in the Lexia interface and install the drivers "ACTIAPnPInstaller.exe" before installing DiagBox v7.01 to ensure the multyinstance driver is installed.
4- You need to run DiagBox as administrator or in XP compatibility mode for v7.74 and above. Otherwise you will get a message to reactivate.

il a pu corriger mon probléme d'installation et je le remercie encore de son aide c'est un vrai professionnel qui a donné de son temps (environ 3 heures) coucher a 2H30 du matin hier soir il a pris la main de mon pc a distance et vu ensemble mon probléme et c'est un très bon professeur donc aujourd'hui version 7.76 fonctionnel en français
donc il mérite bien un peu de (thanks) a son profit donc si besoin il sera la.
et bien-sur merci au chevronné maitresox et scary pour nous offrir de quoi travailler dans nos atelier ils méritent bien que leurs donnent des compliments

l'installation doit toujours commencer par un diagbox entier complet une version ori, ensuite tu fait les MAJ
diagbox 7.01 update 7.02 est la seule a installer, pour commencer, il ni en a pas d'autre, a part 6.01, ensuite reste a savoir si ton interface lexia est compatible flashée pour les versions 7 et +
les autres ne s'ont que des MAJ

vu,merci ,je vais quand même essayé de l'installé sous Vmware 32 bits
car même si diagbox s'installe en 64bits des problèmes de drivers surgissent

You are probably using AHCI NOT IDE controller....

Change the computer BIOS settings from AHCI Hard disk controller to Legacy or IDE...

If it works, please confirm..

If you are using Virtual Machine, Disconnect the current Disk and reconnect as IDE..

apres recherche ce code d'erreur zéro , c'est la carte réseau ! mais la je ne vois vraiment pas pourquoi diagbox ne la voit pas !....et comment la faire reconnaitre ?...

j'ai rajouter un disque ide a vmware (moin de problèmes avec un ide)

Click on VM --> Settings --> Click on Hard Disk (SCSI) now in the Bottom click on Remove..

Now click on Add.. Choose Hard Disk --> Next --> IDE --> Next ... Now choose "Use Existing Virtual Drive".. Browse to the ""xxxx.VMDK file and finish...

The VMware file is in:
C:\Users\your_user\Documents\Virtual Machines\Win-name\

Change "your_user" and "Win-name" to your names

Don't delete the existing .VMDK file.
Just delete all Hard Disk controllers and perform the process I told you in the previous post.
You need to use the same .VMDK file where you installed DiagBox. Just load it again, but as IDE this time.

Pour que ca fonctionne avec vmware il faut que le disque principal soit en ide. Dans ton cas il est en scsi. Il te faut donc supprimer le disque scsi en créer un en ide et réinstaller ta machine. Le fait de rajouter un deuxième disque en ide ne règle pas le problème. Si tu ne le vois pas c' est qu' il n' est peut être pas formaté.

I simply erase the disk scsi ide disk was present so I thought we should clear the scsi drive, I have done nothing

je vais te répondre en francais ,comme cela si quelqun a eu ce problème ,il pourrait participé ou...si quelqun aura ce soucis ,il profitera de "l'expérience".

pour en revenir a mon problème ,j'ai juste fait clic droit et (dans l'interface Vmware edit machine VM) et effacé le disque scsi , c'est tout.

l'installation est parfaitement possible sous Vmware ,je suis sous windows 7 64bits
la meilleur façon de faire l'installation est de créer une VM avec Vmware mais attention lors de la création de cette VM bien configurer un disque IDE sinon , erreur " 0 " !!
donc une VM avec windows 7 et disque IDE ,car VMware installe d'office un scsi.
test de la VCI sous Vmware (sans véhicule pour l'instant) test réussi
(test hardware avec psa checker)

May I add that it is beneficial to install the complete VMware Tools (for VMware Player) as many of the drivers are included in them, and it could also be cleaner if you install the VMware disk as one file NOT multiple.
