Daimler Truck Diagnostic PassThru DTDPT: Similar to the above, but designed for use via the PassThru VCI.

Mandatory MFA: Logging in to all services (WIS, Tips) now requires multi-factor authentication.
Cloud Integration: Enhanced connection with B2B Connect for quick parts ordering directly from the diagnostics session.
Xentry Tips: Completely moved into the diagnostics interface (the separate app is being decommissioned).
Smart Cart: Automatic suggestion of related parts and consumables when selecting parts.
Stability: Improved compatibility with Windows 11 and faster loading of online add-ons.

This means greater online control and simplified parts ordering.

Mandatory MFA: Access to diagnostic functions, XENTRY Flash, and WIS now requires multi-factor authentication via a smartphone or token.
XENTRY Flash Role: Stricter access control has been introduced. Coding and programming (flashing) units now requires the extended "XENTRY Flash" role, which is linked to a specific user.
Dynamic Wiring Diagrams (DWD): Integration of up-to-date online wiring diagrams that are loaded for a specific VIN in real time.
J2534 Optimization: Improved data exchange stability with popular adapters (Tactrix Openport 2.0, Scanmatik 2 Pro) for new 2024-2025 models using DoIP protocols.
Online Dependency: A persistent internet connection is now required to start a session and verify the license (StartKey). Offline work is severely limited.

This means the primary focus is on cybersecurity (MFA) and a complete transition to the Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect cloud environment.
