Help mon VCI ne reconnais aucuns calculateurs
 

Bonjour,

Voilà quelques jours que j'ai reçu mon câble de diagnostique, j'ai suivi la vidéo envoyé avec le câble pour installer diagbox v7.61. une fois l'installation terminée sur un ordi sous XP SP3 le lance diagbox puis je connecte mon VCI en 4.3.3 ( dabord à l'ordi puis au véhicule ) il reconnais mon VIN puis je lance une recherche de défauts et là il ne se connecte à aucuns calculateurs.:07:
Je déconnecte puis reconnecte mon câble et là il ne reconnais plus mon VIN donc je le rentre manuellement mais toujours rien au niveau des calculateurs.:banghead:
J'ai même flasher mon vci en 4.3.2db, désintallé puis réinstaller diagbox en 7.44 mais toujours rien :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Sur mon VCI il est indiqué 9780.z5

Pouvez-vous m'indiquer la démarche à suivre s'il vous plaît.

Y-a-t-il quelqu'un pour m'aider???

installe la version 7.02 avec virtual clone drive ou daemon tool tu fait une mise a jours avec la version 7.xx to 7.44

Oui c'est exactement ce que j'ai fait, j'ai utilisé daemon tool.
Faut-il avoir une connexion internet pour utiliser diagbox?

Oui, dans gestionnaire de périphériques mon vci est bien reconnu :

ACTIA USB Devices
--> USB Com board evolution driver (UMDF)

Quand je lance psa interface checker, je clic sur ACTIVATE puis sur VERSION il m'indique :
APPLI_XS_Fuji_P106138A V4.3.2 @ACTIA03.01.14

Je clic sur RÉFÉRENCE et ca m'indique :
921815 C/ Inconnue

Questions:
1- Are you installing Windows XP in a VirtualBox or on the computer directly?
2- Did you ensure that the Hard Drive controller type IDE?
3- If you are installing on Windows XP 32bit in VirtualBox, running on Windows 8 or 10.. No driver needs to be installed on Windows 10 or 8.
4- The ACTIA USB Devices driver should be "Multi-instance", but NOT USB Com board evolution driver (UMDF).

If your installation is on VirtualBox (Windows XP Virtual Machine off), go to Settings --> USB , you will see connected devices, and add the Lexia Device..
Start windows XP and you will see the device....

Now you may have to remove the driver from Device Manager and reinstall (Multi Instance) again.

plug-in the Lexia interface and click on "ACTIAPnPInstaller.exe" to install the driver.

J'ai déjà effectué la 4.2.9db mais ça ne change rien. Comment désactiver la mise à jour automatique car j'étais en 4.3.3 et là je me retrouve de nouveau avec la 4.2.9db?

Don't worry about the 4.3.x firmware, DiagBox will upgrade and downgrade automatically. All you need is to insert the device in the USB, then start DiagBox. The first thing it will do is to check the firmware and upload the proper firmware if needed.

Please be aware that some Lexia clones DO NOT work on Peugeot 307 and C-ziro / Ion and Citroen C5 !!! So if you can see the green LED blinking when you start DiagBox, then try it on another car to see if the problem is with the device.

In my device a 10k resistor missing and C57 capacitor were missing (Picture Lex1). Also, some devices have components missing... Lets hope yours is working..

In my device just a 10k resistor missing and not the C57 capacitor.

The 10K resistor is pull-up for the CAN-BUS. I would say, you can safely solder and check if it works...

You did not say if you have the full set of optocouplers as shown in my second photo?
Anyway, you can try your device on a different Peugeot or Citroen to see if it works with them first.

No I can't Try it over vehicle because I have juste an old Peugeot 306.

Obviously you don't have the Full Chip device, I don't know if your interface works with 306/7 - C5 or not, I would advice you to try it on a different Peugeot or Citroen car first. Also, I don't know if adding the resistance would help, but you can try...

If it works with other PSA models but it still does not work with yours, even after adding the resistance, you could try adding all the missing parts. If you search the forums, you will find that some people bought the missing parts and soldered them on their boards.

Failing all that, you could sell it and buy a full chip device.

I would advise to try on something other than 307 or C5!! these cars are reported to have a problem with some clones....
