Apprentissage boitier papillon Polo IV 1.2
 

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai fais l'acquisition d'une polo 4 1.2 de 65 CV 3cylindres acheté en 2020.
Mauvaise affaire qui en a découlé un changement de moteur fait à la maison.
Le changement se fait bien, tout est connecté que ce soit niveau mécanique qu'electronique.
NEANMOINS, un problème persiste. Au démarrage du moteur tout se passe bien ca tourne. C'est lorsque j'appuie sur l'accélérateur que ça foire…
Il y a une décélération qui se produit puis le moteur s'arrète tout seul.
J'ai dû faire venir pas mal de type disposant de valise afin de cerner le problème et le réparer si possible mais pas de solution (et plus d'argent lol). Ils arrivent tous à la meme conclusion : Il faut faire l'apprentissage du boitier papillon. J'avais acheter un cable OBD 2 mais c'était un ELM 327, qui n'est pas compatible avec VW d'après ce que j'ai compris.
Dans cette optique, je fais appel à votre expertise pour la résolution de ce problème. Cela doit bien faire 8 mois que la voiture est à l'arret à cause de ça.
Avez vous des solutions ou des pistes SVP ? Je suis en détresse total.
Je tiens également à vous dire que je ne m'y connais pas en mécanique ni en électronique mais je suis (très) motivé

Achète un câble HEX V2 atmega 162 avec VCDS ça ira très bien pour ton véhicule.

Oui VCDS c'est le soft, HEX V2 atmega 162 la VCI (interface).

Je viens de recevoir le cable HEX V2 atmega 162 qui est donc associé à VCDS et ça marche au top.
J'ai essayé de faire l'apprentissage du boitier papillon : Dans la rubrique "Throttle Body Alignment" et ça n'a pas marché il y a marqué erreur.

Merci pour vos retours. J'ai déjà essayé d'effacer les messages d'erreurs. Voici comment je procédais :
- Je fais le diag avec VCDS
- Je supprime TOUS les messages d'erreurs
- Je retourne dans l'onglet "throttle Body Alignement" qui se trouve dans Engine puis Basic opérations
- Au moment de lancer l'opération, pendant une fraction de seconde il est noté "ADP On" (ou quelque chose qui s'en rapproche) puis ça revient à ERROR

Sur VCDS ? Je me suis seulement rendu sur "basic settings" dans l'onglet adaptation je ne sais vraiment pas ce que je pourrai faire

verifie ton cablage si ok , ton papillon est hs

Slt, tu n'as pas un deuxième boitier papillon (ancien moteur) pour tester si le problème vient de ton boitier qui est défectueux ou si c'est un problème de câblage ?

J'ai fais venir un électricien qui m'a confirmé que le cablage est ok. D'un autre coté, j'ai acheté un boitier papillon neuf, le problème reste le meme !!
