I need help about A/C of Renault Scenic,the problem is MODUL for fan,inside him there is one power transistor with signature N434AG,but i can t find any information about him and which part is for replacement,so could anybody help me please???

No that s not true,because this transistor what i have is TO-252 case and you what you give me is TO-3 case,so that is not replacement.....
