Hello

I need help about A/C of Renault Scenic,the problem is MODUL for fan,inside him there is one power transistor with signature N434AG,but i can t find any information about him and which part is for replacement,so could anybody help me please???

Hello

No that s not true,because this transistor what i have is TO-252 case and you what you give me is TO-3 case,so that is not replacement.....

but many thanks...anyway....

I had the same problem but were a transistor 75344G
in case TO-247
replacement part
IRF 3205
MOSFET canal N Grille Drain Source
TO-247 TO-220AB
drain current 75A
drain current (pulsed – 2kHZ) ~300A 390A
power dissipation 285W 200W
