Need help with chevrolet Sonic

hello,
i have i chevrolet sonic 2015 model Gasolin, the owner bring it to my shop he said that he had to replace the ECM, BCM, Key and dashbord because the ECM and BCM was stollen.
The car does not work no faults code in all parts except the airbag model it came out with anti-theft not correct and anti-theft light is on in dash and there is no crank; i do not know much about GM parts or anti-theft system how it works but when i do diagnosis and checking out every parts i found that the ECM, BCM and Keys (central loock is working) share the same VIN number but the dashbord had a diffrent one and the airbag model offcorse because it belong to the car.
I find in other forum some one talks about sync between dash and BCM
Is it the dashbord and the airbag model that not allowing the car from starting?
If it is, how could i solve the prob by changing the VIN number for exemple?
Does the dash and the airbag contient a Pin number like the BCM?

what should i do exactlly (i have launch x431, orange5, xprog, ktag, kess)
