Bonsoir,

j'ai une célica qui à des problèmes de démarrage ou calage intempestifs avec impossibilité de démarrage à la suite. Suivant les différents contrôles que j'ai pu effectuer, il me semble que les injecteurs ne sont pas commandés quand la panne est présente.

Ceci dit je ne suis pas sure qu'un contrôle à la lampe témoins soit révélateur, es'ce un moyen convenable pour contrôler que les injecteurs sont bien commandés?

Regarde sur ce lien >> ici << , tu trouveras la RTA du moteur 3SGE qui je pense correspond a ton véhicule .

Par contre pense a bien vérifier la pompe de gavage pour voir si tu n'as pas tout simplement un souci de pression carburant ( 3.5 bars )

Aprés vérification des code défauts, j'ai le code 14, celui-ci corespond à : UC injection, amplificateur d'allumage, câblage.,

Cependant, j'ai un réel doute sur la pression d'essence, en effet j’arrive à boucher l'arrivé avec le doigt sous action démarreur, de plus l'injecteur de départ à froid sorti de son logement, n'injecte que par moment au 1° tour démarreur.

Donc, soit la commande des injecteurs, soit la pression d'essence.

Je suis en train de bricoler un adaptateur pour prendre la pression d’essence, si celle-ci est bonne comment contrôler la commande des injecteurs.

J'ai oublié de préciser l'allumage fonctionne parfaitement, une bougie raccordé sur un fil d'allumage fait de bonnes étincelles.

regarde sur le site il y a des tuto sur injection diesel ( comon rail ) avec une led, tu peut le fair sur un essence , jai eu un probleme similaire sur une class A 160 essence trés mauvais demarage a froid , elle se noyé , j ais pris un mano de compresseur ( en bar ) que j ai monté sur le circuit en arrivé sur la rampe et la pression etai inferieur a la valeur , donc remplacement pompe de gavage , et tout est rentré dans l ordre
en bref avoir une valeur de referance , controlé , et agir bonne recherche a vous

Pour la pompe de gavage, j'en suis quasiment sure, je confirmerais par un contrôle de pression d'alim. Pour les bougies j'en doute, je verrais après contrôle de ma pression d'alim, je vous tient au courant.

Le véhicule ne démarre plus du tout.

Pression d'essence ok: 3 bar, étincelles aux bougies.
Contrôle du faisceau d'injecteur, aucunes anomalies apparentes, par contre 17 hom de résistance sur le circuit masse des injecteurs me parait un peu trop élevé, quelqu’un aurait'il un schémas des points de masse? Je ne l'ai ni sous auto data, ni atris.

Merci pour les documents Dreamland et Diagnosis, j'ai pu faire les contrôle électrique concernant les alimentations uc d'injection et injecteurs, ceci dit il y a quelque chose qui me perturbe, sous action démarreur comme sous contact, j'ai une alimentation permanente des injecteurs en sortie UC, cependant, si je suis les indications du documents concernant les contrôles à faire aux bornes du calculateur, je m’aperçoit que les fils de masse ne sont pas identiques coté boitier, et coté injecteurs, curieusement, je retrouve le même code couleur pour la masse coté injecteur et coté module d'allumage. Je me demande donc si celui-ci joue un rôle dans la régulation des temps d'injection, et par conséquent pourrait la couper en cas de défectuosité de celui-ci.
De plus j'ai une résistance de 17 hom sur touts les fils du code couleur identique à celui des injecteurs, je trouve ca assez bizarre, à moins que ca ne soit pas une masse franche.
