Default Golf VI 1.6 TDI 105 EGR FAP

Salut, a tous,

j envisage de faire desactiver mon egr et fap, car je vais l utiliser pour des court trajet, dois je savoir qqch avant de faire cette manipulation, et comment cela sa passe aussi, est il possible de le faire a distance via qqun du forum

Deactiver le FAP ? il faut deja le supprimer mecaniquement sinon cela n a aucun interet .

Cela m empeche pas l encrassement du collecteur .

Bonjour,
Au fil du temps, dans des conditions normales le FAP finit pas être problématique. L'egr se trouvant en amont, j'envisagerai personnellement la supression de l'ensemble plutôt que de se limiter à l'egr. Reculer pour mieux sauter ?

Bonjour
Un demontage et nettoyge tout les 70000 km et aucun probleme , ca fait trois demontage sur 210000 km et le suivant 300000 km ( fin de vie ) donc rien de problematique non plus si on considere l entretien d une voiture .

Le 105 chevaux n est pas un modele de fiabilite chez VW non plus ( bielle , coussinet ..)

Merci les amis pour votre aide. alors si j ai bien capté,

1 retrait du FAP et desactivation de l egr et fap, pas bessoin de nettoye le fap

2 uniquement l egr off, mais au moins le nettoyé tous les 70000 max.

ps: pourquoi 300mkm fin de vie, faut le remplacer ou la voiture 🤔

Ne pas confondre une Golf IV 1.9 TDI avec une Golf VI pour ce qui est des kilometrages records sans compter les problemes de transmissions .

Ne pas oublier le CT une chose obligatoire en France et cas de controles ( qui arrivent ) l amende est severe l’article L. 318-3 du Code de la route interdit très explicitement de « supprimer un dispositif de maitrise de la pollution ». Cela peut entrainer une amende pouvant atteindre 7 500 €

Apres chacun fait ce qu il veut , 70000 / 80000 km c est deux a trois ans d utilisation et de toute facon le collecteur s encrasse et les volets sont tres loin d etre inusables aussi , un autre probleme ....
